Abstract |
Hairstyle is an important attribute of appearance carrying image-forming information. The purpose of the paper is to investigate the image-forming information of various types of hairstyles in order to improve both the process of design of a new hairstyle and the enhancement of the informative value of a projected hairstyle in the context of image formation in the design of an individual appearance. The need for research is also determined by the ability to manage the process of shaping female hairstyle based on image-forming information. The results of detecting statistically significant form-building components, taking into account of the image-forming information about the hairstyle, can be used in solving practical problems of hair design, in the training of specialists in the field of art history, as well as in research on the shaping of hairstyle. |
