  • Abstract: The study provides biographical information, an overview of the scientific heritage and a literary‑critical analysis of the poetic work of E.Yu. Ovsyannikov. It also outlines the range of scientific interests of the candidate of pedagogical sciences, asso‑ ciate professor and translator, and highlights his achievements in the field of poetry. A comprehensive analysis of the poet's literary heritage in the unity of form and content, based on the collection of poems “Nihgdabr”, is carried out in the context of the modern literary and historical process. The conceptual approach to interpreting the poetry of the polyglot author, subtle stylist and innovator in the field of language allows us to identify in the lyrics the influence of Russian and foreign traditions and such manifesta‑ tions of postmodernism as a pronounced subjectivity, catastrophism and existentialism of consciousness, stylistic eclecticism, polyphonic manifestations of the author's con‑ sciousness, a variety of forms of dialogue with the reader, linguistic experimentation (author's neologisms, an abundance of terms, transformation of idioms of the Russian language, innovations in the anthroponymicon system, multi‑code text), an appeal to intertextuality and polylingualism of works. All this enriches the intellectual poetry of E.Yu. Ovsyannikov with philosophical depth, individual creative originality, local geo‑ graphical certainty, multi‑ethnic and regional orientation.
